Alaska

I recently visited Alaska with my Uncle, two cousins, father (in law) and two other guys. We all lived together on the Falcon for a week.   We fished, saw amazing things, hung out and had a bit of adventure.   I really think that everyone needs to visit Alaska at least once.   I think even the people I met were just really quite refreshing, an open honest communication.    Anyway super cool.  Go visit Alaska. Do it. I mean you. 

Light and life

They never can express with words how much light and laughter little ones bring into a parents life. 

Sometimes it's darkness and fear that we help them process.  Hopefully we don't fix it all, just train them to see steps to take to get out from the dark clouds

Hassleblad 500 C/M

So I have been exposed to a Hasselblad, it is Papa Steve's, it is a beaut.   I have never entered the medium format film scene.  

 I have been staring at this camera for weeks.  I am now running my third roll of film through it.   It is a 400 speed black and white.  I have developed the roll that was in the camera when I got my hands on it.  I am sending the second roll to "THE DARKROOM" today.  They take about a week to get it done.

    I feel lost with this device, I shoot but I don't understand.   I keep hoping that I will stumble into some bright light that is a simple way to view the controls for the Haus.   Anyway for now I am happy trying to figure it out on my own.   I understand the ratio of film speed to aperture to shutter speed, but it feels like I'm missing another piece of this puzzle.
